COOK AS COURSE INSTRUCTOR

The Cooking and Grill Academy offers you the ideal platform to live out your passion for cooking and grilling!
At our location in Berlin Biesdorf, as a course instructor you will inspire participants with your extensive knowledge, your valuable experience and your creative cuisine.

    YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed training as a chef or comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
  • Passion for cooking and grilling as well as a broad repertoire of cooking and grilling techniques
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with people with different culinary experience
  • Creativity and the ability to design inspiring and educational courses
  • Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.


YOUR TASKS:

  • Realization of cooking and barbecue courses
  • Impart in-depth knowledge of various cooking and grilling techniques and kitchen practices
  • Development of exciting and varied course content and recipes
  • Supervision and support of course participants in the implementation of the dishes
  • Ensuring a positive learning atmosphere and individual support for participants
  • Participation in team meetings and active involvement in the Academy program
